Patel Pork is the trade name of the Vall Companys Group’s pork products. Patel Pork Frozen meat operates four company-owned abattoirs and four cutting rooms, generating more than 300,000 tons of top-quality fresh pork meat comprises of Pork leg, Pork Shoulders, Pork fat, Pork Belly, Pork chops and Lions, Pork Trimming and Pork Offals annually, which are exported to the world’s most demanding markets.
Production of pork from white pigs by the various group companies stands at over 4.3 million animals per year. Process integration and verticalization ensure a consistently high quality standard in all processes.

The plant’s facilities are constantly being improved with cutting-edge technologies and systems, such as a high-capacity smart cold storage chamber, for both quality control and preserving the end product.
Cinco Villas
The plant is equipped with the latest technology in its quartering line, assuring high quality, hygiene, and efficiency in all its processes. The result is an automated production line, with state-of-the-art machinery and a high quartering capacity.
Embutidos Rodríguez
With over 100 years of experience in the industry, Embutidos Rodríguez has an abattoir and a cutting room for Iberian and white pork with a volume that reaches 5.000 pigs per day.

Patel and its various production plants make up a fully integrated production and marketing process, covering all stages from reproduction, nutrition, and animal rearing to slaughter, quartering, packaging, and distribution of the end product, as well as all complementary processes (animal health, integrated logistics, etc.).

The quality of our Frozen Pork Meat is controlled through monitoring each stage in our production chain, ensuring the highest quality at each step.
Animal welfare is a priority in our abattoirs. For this reason, all necessary measures are implemented to ensure it is respected: optimization of transport and holding pen times, automated conveyance of animals to the CO2 stunning units, officially approved training for all personnel involved in animal handling and meticulous control of the entire procedure.
The company has Animal Welfare monitoring systems endorsed by various external certifications that annually validate our implemented programmes, ensuring that our animal protection standards go beyond current legislation.

The objective of Royal Decree 477/2021 is to promote the deployment of renewable energies, both thermal and electric, in the different consumer sectors, to encourage greater control of consumption through the development of storage systems behind the meter and boost to industry and the associated business sector, incentive programs, storage and thermal uses of renewable energy. Specifically, our energy panels are made up of: Incentive program 2: Construction of self-consumption installations, with renewable energy sources (photovoltaic or wind), in other productive sectors of the economy, with or without storage. The photovoltaic panels consist of a low-voltage electrical installation for instantaneous self-consumption and 440 KWN / 527.68 KWP, with simplified compensation of surpluses on the roof PATEL S.A.U. The main purpose of the plates installed in this commercial establishment is to take advantage of solar energy to generate electricity in a clean and sustainable way. As well as reducing energy costs, promoting autonomy and energy stability, complying with all government regulations set for this type of product. Finally, we would improve the image and corporate responsibility of the company because it demonstrates a commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.
